About TwoThreeHours

TwoThreeHours is a UK recruitment service that connects experienced professionals — particularly mums returning to or continuing work after having children — with employers who offer genuinely flexible roles.

We operate as an employment agency: we find and introduce candidates to employers, and the employer hires the candidate directly. Our service is free for candidates; employers pay a recruitment fee when a placement is made.

Why we exist

Too many skilled people leave the workforce, or take roles well below their experience, because standard full-time patterns do not fit family life. Employers, meanwhile, struggle to find experienced staff. TwoThreeHours exists to close that gap by focusing specifically on flexible working arrangements: part-time, term-time, school hours, job shares, hybrid and remote.

How we work

We take time to understand each candidate's skills, qualifications, availability and commuting limits, and each employer's requirements and flexibility. We only make introductions where there is a genuine fit on both sides.

Our standards

We treat candidate data confidentially and only share details with an employer with the candidate's agreement.
