Introductions
TwoThreeHours acts as an employment agency, introducing candidates to employers for direct engagement. An introduction occurs when we provide candidate details to you, or a candidate is engaged following such details being provided.
Fees
A recruitment fee becomes payable when you engage an introduced candidate. Fee levels are confirmed in writing before any introduction is made.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying candidate suitability, right-to-work documentation, references and any role-specific checks before engagement, and for complying with employment law in relation to any candidate you engage.
Confidentiality
Candidate details are provided in confidence and must not be passed to third parties without our written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
