Who we are
TwoThreeHours is a UK recruitment service acting as a data controller for the personal data you provide to us.
What we collect
Candidates: name, contact details, location, CV, employment history, skills, qualifications, availability, salary expectations and working preferences.
Employers: company name, contact name, contact details and vacancy information.
Why we process it
We process candidate data on the basis of your consent, in order to match you with employment opportunities and to introduce you to potential employers.
We process employer data on the basis of legitimate interests and, where applicable, performance of a contract, in order to provide recruitment services.
Sharing your data
We share candidate details with prospective employers only where the candidate has agreed to that introduction. We use trusted service providers for hosting and storage, who process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We retain candidate registrations for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Vacancy records are retained for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Security
CVs and registration data are stored in access-controlled systems. Files are held in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
